Whatever the Lord's face looked like, we know that Adam's face was radiant, gazing upon it. a

ReplyDeleteYou're right that Adam's probably glowed with the glory. I'm guessing similarly to how Moses' did when he spent time in God's presence.
How I answer the question as asked is revealing about my concept of God's emotions though. This revelation about how I perceive God's face gives me an opportunity to evaluate my view to see how well it matches up with what scripture says about God and his emotions. This leads to the possibility of changing my perception of Him to one that's more in line with His true nature rather than my conception of who He is.
